Shinkendo Boston will perform a live demonstration of Shinkendo in the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association's August Moon Festival on August 14th. The Festival is held in Boston's Chinatown on Beach Street.

While the August Moon Festival is a Chinese tradition and Shinkendo is a Japanese martial art, Shinkendo Boston fosters both local and international ties and celebrates diversity. We enjoy demonstrating in honor of a valued local organization's seasonal tradition.
